People that brag about their money

PS: I don’t believe the stat, but if it’s true that 50% of 6 figure earners are paycheck to paycheck what is the % of poors that are paycheck to paycheck?

My own fault but I pay about 35k per year for school.

3 kids. 2 high school 1 elementary. Not sure I'd do it differently if I had to do it over again.

I went to Falls City PUBLIC

When I was there it was the highest free and reduced lunch in the State. (Meaning we had more poors % than anybody in Swimtown or the state)

I’ll stack my education, standardized test scores, 3 degrees, 4 fluent languages and millionaire before the age of 30 vs. any of your private high tuition school educations.

But hey, you do you mate. Cheers

90 percent or above on the poors, but those making over 100k a year and living paycheck to paycheck want to keep up with the Joneses unless they are in some high price area which I get.

I didn't intend for it to be a pissing match. I was a millionaire before 30 too and went to Yutan. I also didn't have any help from family. I think there's more to it than the statistical/wealth measurements. Only way my oldest daughter is going to be a millionaire is when she inherits it or if she marries into it.

Having said that statistically speaking the private schools are much higher than the public. Of course a lot of that has to do with parents being on average higher income/wealth. That's the number one factor. Same reason Elkhorn South has the highest public school standardized test scores.

I just want to know if you can speak more than 4 languages?

My neighbors look at me funny when I talk about growing up in Air Park.

if she will become a millionaire when she inherits it’s not an “or” question…

Smgdh, rich sumbitch

All I inherited was an astigmatism in my left eye and possibly alcoholism. (if you believe it’s a disease)

But also when you were there, your dad was in the top 99.75 percentile of income earners in Richardson and the surrounding counties in three states. If not for Herbster, it would have been 99.9 percentile

Also, this is not where I thought the thread about "people who brag about money" would go.

My son makes fun of me/wife all the time for living life like I make 75% of what I do.

It's more about the bottom line than the top line. I make a good living and my son goes crazy when I don't as he says "flex"....

He's a constant battle....

My Dad wasn’t even a top 10 paid medical professional in FC which means he likely wasnt even top 50 in the area.

Just in my class of 51 kids I can think of 5 people who came from way more money. (mostly due to land owner families who print money on that sweet farm ground)

My reply to Jim about private school was clearly a joke but it doesn’t change the fact that every time I say I graduated from Falls City somebody asks me if it was sacred heart or public.
Thug life, public school till I die. Don’t matter if my Dad was rich 40% of my classmates were in poverty. I can’t imagine going to a parochial school where everybody in school is at minimum middle class and most of them come from 2 parent households. Shit I bet we had more kids at FC public who’s Dad was in custody than most private schools even have kids from single parent households.

PS: Herbster isn’t even really from Richardson County, he always lived in KC when I was there. Idk why Uber rich people like Bald Pete and Pillen and Herbster want to become Governor so bad. If I was that rich I would literally go do almost anything else. What a waste of time and money.

Wait, so those with money can mismanage it just as poorly as those without? Wow, this is revolutionary stuff.

Hopefully when he finally understands the value of doing what you are doing vs what he thinks you should do, it isn’t too late.
My wife has wanted to move since before we were married 2 years ago. I asked if she wanted a mortgage payment - No
Longer commute - No
Ok, stfu woman! Just kidding, I actually just told her to blow me.
But I am lucky, she is generally a saver.

Idk that private schools make fuck all of difference in flyover states. Maybe there are a couple with a bit of ROI in Lincoln/Omaha, but lol elsewhere.
