Ref the fillet knives. Imo after the few fish I've cut up the CutCo knife is the best. That sumbitch holds it's edge way better than any other knife I've owned, and I've had lots.

Bubba are nice but that fat ass handle gets in the way especially when skinning larger fish. Also my Bubba that was given to me (folding version) fell apart.

I like them battery ones for our rock fish (black and blue bombers) as they have dinosaur thick narly scales. Sometimes I blast the scales off but if I don't, those damn scales suck.
You cleaning halibut vs me cleaning walleye is much different. For walleye the electric knives are very nice. Can clean a bunch of fish quick. I can see how a regular knife would be better for 40 lb+ halibut though.
