Hopefully this helps Nebraskas situation with the Stanford kid

they are definitely wanting both - Parker is a guy who can play lots of positions and comes from Saginaw Valley St, a D2 school.

I saw a short report from the Cockeye site about Rouse's visit - the staffer said Rouse said that the visit went well; it was better than he expected. This did not cause an eruption of optimism from the site's posters.

The National On.3 Portal Tracker now lists Hornsby as a WR, not as a QB, for those who may not have seen it
Does anyone know if it was announced anywhere that he would transition to WR? My friend just told me he thought he read it was already decided he would transition to WR but can anyone back that up?

You add Hornsby, UVA transfer, baylor trasnfer and all the recruits at wr. What’s the plan? Ton and tons of speed. You’re going to push out a lot of scholarship players over the next couple mo the. Probably only keep Marcus Washington and Tommi Hill(he fast).

Fastest legacy WR isn’t Hill. He ran an 11.12 100 in HS. It’s Victor Jones - 10.86 in HS. He doesn’t turn 19 till May

Not sure we should be counting on two kids undergoing position changes to contribute for much. You need one of Jones, Coleman, or Bonner to step up.

Getting TeSlaa is tougher now with so much competition (Husker Corner):

Nebraska Football Recruiting: Huskers have B1G competition for transfer WR

The Nebraska football recruiting apparatus has its work cut out for it if it wants to find a way to sign transfer wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa. The Huskers are making a play for the D2 transfer though it’s not entirely clear how hard they are going after him.

What is known is if they are trying to bring TeSlaa into the fold, they are going to have to fight off some big competition. And some B1G competition. Purdue has come calling for the talented pass catcher and they’re far from the only school the Cornhuskers are going to need to fight off.

He also just came back from a visit to Arkansas. The Razorbacks appear to be one of the teams with the best chance of landing TeSlaa, depending on when he plans on pulling the trigger.

Speaking about his visit, he made it clear he enjoyed what he saw when talking to a local Fox news station.
“It was great. This was the first school that I got to visit that was in the SEC. Just seeing all the bells and whistles they have here was awesome, but also getting a feel for their culture. Their coaching staff is incredible obviously. They get you hyped up but they also know how to talk about the program and the things that are important.”
However, despite the fun visit, it doesn’t feel as though the receiver is all that close to pulling the trigger.

In addition to Arkansas, Purdue, and Nebraska football recruiting coming calling, Cockeye, Cockeye State, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Miami, Houston, Wisconsin, Ole Miss, Texas A&M, Colorado, and Arizona have all given him offers.

Isaac TeSlaa may be one of the most sought-after receivers on the transfer portal right now. That’s especially surprising, considering that he comes from Hillsdale College. Though it appears he’s shown off the talent to overcome that stigma.

this is very interesting. Local media determined the identity of two visitors scheduled for yesterday - Rouse and Kemp - from public info.

Apparently, there were more (which is something local media said might happen)

Pardon the ad - I am not trying to sell workout pants to you

Pretty nice pants, tho! 🙄

did anyone ever come up with a possible meaning of the blue pay phone in a wall booth?

Since Foley agreed, I suppose it could be him saying things were better back in the day when phones were like this; i.e., a commentary on the stuff Coleman was seeing on his contemporary phone.
