Mazzccua is from Philadelphia, played high school ball there through his junior year, and then transferred to St Francis Academy - a team ranked 5th in the country - for his senior season. It worked, he was a very early commit to Michigan along with three teammates (including Corum) but he was a late flip to Baylor after Aranda got there.
