To my knowledge, PO. IIRC, he didn't swing a bat all fall.



Same as 2023. Childress wants to use him 2 times a weekend (pen) instead of 1 (starter). This also gives us an option to use him during the week, pending his previous weekend load.

I'm pretty sure our closer is the IWCC transfer Broderick. He runs it up there (96-97).

Understandable. Just wasn’t sure if they would give him a couple swings with how successful he was in those situations last year (especially considering his hr #s).

Is Broderick a fastball/slider guy?

Yes. All of Childress' high leverage pen guys have a + slider.

Most others will have an above average one too.
