Last year’s improvements added up to the best strikeout-to-walk rate (2.98) in school history — NU’s best five seasons in the metric all-time have come under Childress. The Huskers ranked seventh nationally there last season and five of the teams ahead of them hosted a regional.

This is maybe my favorite stat out of any. Walks kill. Period.

I like this lineup a lot. Lots of speed mixed with some solid hitters

Sounds like they want Silva and Bolin on the field at the same time for defensive reasons, so it makes sense to put Swanny at DH

yeah, VS a lefty I could see Bolt going Stokes for Bolin, putting Swanny in Left.

Stokes, Max B and Bolin are going to push for at bats.
