It's nice to bump this during this time of year, and have it not actually be the offseason yet.
However, we still have important business to discuss. With staff changes looming and the early signing period nearly upon us, our 20something consecutive offseason natty run will soon begin. It is critical that you realize the whole point of this thread is still very much relevant. Regardless of how good our hires may seem, and how talented any new recruits and transfers may be it is not going to matter. Even if we fix every problem we had this year, things that were good before will break. Just enough will go wrong that we still lose by one score with great frequency.
I'm sure a lot went on behind the scenes to get to where the B1G refs weren't screwing us in every game. All that probably resets for at least 3/4 of next year. At least until they feel they have crippled us sufficiently. Rhule's game management is still going to be hot garbage. Holg may very well put a much improved offense on the field, but the defense will regress to the point where it won't matter.
Keep this in mind when you start eyeing that refreshing glass of Kool-Aid. If you want to go through all the same shit for the 50 thousandth time then go ahead and drink it.
