As I said earlier in this thread I watched it live in east lansing and the feeling I had the whole game was what are we going to do to lose this game….then the punt returned happened. It seems like this trend started under Bo in his last few years that I was just waiting for something to go wrong. No more koolaid….

I had Husker friends over to watch a Northwestern game a couple years ago. We had a decent lead with little time to go. Everyone in the room basically was discussing how Frost was going to screw this up, causing us to lose the game. As expected we lost, and none of us were really shocked. It is sad that as fans we have gotten to the level where we expect to lose, and aren't shocked or hurt by it anymore.

That had to be 2018 Frosts first year the latest in Baron's series. 2020 we were down most of the game. 2019 and 2021 Nebraska won.

Guess it could have been 2020. Nebraska took the lead with about 2 min left in the half and then NW went back up on the first drive of the 2nd half. So it wasn't very long game time but it was over halftime.

Thought I saw a stat where 6 of the teams we play this season won a combined 23 games last season, and some of those were FCS teams. NO excuse for us losing to a weak NW team also no shame in losing to a talented Oklahoma team. I want in game adjustments, good clock management, what looks like a prepared well coached team and for once I'd like to see him out coach a team by beating someone with more talent. Tired of losing to teams with less talent than us without any victories over teams that have more talent.
