As a guy that knows a thing or two about tires you should probably have those replaced. If the inside of the thread looks as worn as the outside you might have been running them underinflated, if the pressure is good you might have to rotate them more often or you possibly need an alignment.

God is celebrating the end of the mask mandate here in Orange County which we've ignored for almost the entire time anyway. We just had a big old thunderstorm with hail and our first rain in a month and a half. T-storms are a once in a 5 year event and usually in the summer.

I figured you were joking but you would be amazed at how many people drive around on bad/dangerous tires and have no idea they are. I also have a set of Wranglers on my 4Runner good tires.

I legit have put on 79,430 miles on these tires in roughly 2 years

I knew I needed new tires and this screw in the tire was just the sign from God.

Maybe I’m just a Grateful Dead

Saw the Dead at the Cockeye state fairgrounds in 1976. Seven hour show. No opening act. They took two fifteen minute breaks during that seven hour show.

If I was able to post pics you would see the most amazing display of speakers as the backdrop on the back of the stage. Woofers, mid-range and tweeters stacked and stacked and stacked on top of each other.

Was there with my closest friend/ roommate and watching the crowd was almost as good as the music. We brought some interesting forms of our own entertainment and we were feeling just dandy……..for 7+ hours…….😎

The pics of that stage (that day) are pretty easy to find on the world wide web. I have had this same conversation with @gratefulweb on RSS and he posted said pics a couple of yrs ago.

Pretty crazy to think about 7 hours of Jerry Garcia and friends on stage. What other band has ever put on that type of show?!?!? Damn good thing I did that when I was 24……😂

We had a nice variety of our own that day and there were many, many folks there willing to share what they brought……😎

Our primary source of fun and enlightenment was a couple of teeny little squares of windowpane (approx 7 hours worth). Washed down with some Bud Heavy or Falstaff. And throw in a joint or two throughout the day.

We had a delightful day, to be sure…..😂

What you need to do is a rent a hotel room for the weekend, throw anything that has a clock/tells time out the door, cover all the windows in aluminum foil and proceed with your drugs

Between WP, choc mesc and magic schrooms I probably indulged 15 times over 5-6 yrs. At that point in my life there were no wife, no kids, no rules.

I was careful to pick who I was with and what we did or where we went. Had a LOT of fun. No bad stories, which is probably lucky.

You just had to be smart. We went to the Royal Grove several times specifically for the live music, foosball tables and pool tables. Cold beer and interaction with the outside world. The live music always sounded soooooo fucking good!! 😎🤣🤩😍🥳😎🔥👍

OR……we would just go to someone’s home and drink, play music (with the hi-tech B&O turntable), play cards, board games, whatever. Always fun as long as you were smart about the dose/amount that you ingested.
