Greetings from Colorado. Getting weird at Red Rocks for STS9/Tycho for 2 nights.

Side note: met an…interesting 40 something year old hippie dude named ‘Uncle Skippy’ who claimed to have seen Widespread Panic 250 times. Said the Lincoln Pinewood Bowl was cool, except when he got tackled by cops for drinking in the parking lot.

Wife and I have bought 3 homes since we have been married.

only time a realtor required (yes, required) us to have a pre approval letter letter was for this last house in McCook in April

Wild out there, McCook title said 2020 was their busiest year ever (60 years of business) and that 2021 might be even busier


PS: anybody paying cash for a home right now is an idiot, we got a 2% interest rate. I fucking wish I got interest rates like that for my commercial properties

The supposedly real Hotel California, although there is some debate about that actually being THE Hotel California, is in a little seaside Mexican village called Todos Santos about an 1 1/2 drive through the desert from Cabo. If it's not the inspiration for the song it's still the perfect setting for it. We went and there was nobody under 60 in the little patio restaurant next door. World class pizza though.
