Yep. After consulting with tax attorneys and money people, my first battle post-lottery-winnings battle would be to wrangle enough money away from my sheltered windfall to do just that. I've already got mad tractor driving skills - just need the farm land to put 'em to use on.

I could happily "putter" away my remaining days with a decent sized "hobby" farm, but also knowing that I had millions in reserve for the inevitable bad stuff that happens to the entrepreneurs in that industry who actually work their asses off to put food on the table for the rest of us.

There's only one that I know for sure had an accurate record. She didn't do it very long. Was really just trying to get on her feet again (and maybe some other positions). Anyway she had a notebook and had every night in her notebook.

She started in mid November and made 42k by the end of the year. She is not something you write home about. In fact you wouldn't whisper to the guy next to you.
