I think it's noteworthy to point out that Rhule is getting true Blue chip prospects on campus at a higher rate and in more volume than the last 3 staffs put together. If this really is the breakout year on the field, then watch out for what kids want to join. Very few schools get the national coverage that Nebraska garners year in year out.

If we hit 10 regular season wins, I fully expect this class to push for top 10 nationally.

I disagree, simply because I don't think they are looking for the number of HS recruits which could get them into the top 10.

I agree with you. I should have been more specific. I could see them getting top 10 based on the average recruits rank. 247, I know does this ranking, not sure about On3 or Rivals.

According to the recruiting guys Taylor is #1 and Croucher is #2 on the board. I believe Taylor is visiting earlier in the week and Croucher towards the end.

Just an observation but it looks like these coaches are going after the bigger QBs these guys both being 6'3. The portal QB Davila is listed at 6'3 235 on the roster also.

It's an interesting question it seems like the staff is taking a more cautious approach now with the instate recruits.

I just checked and it doesn't look like Croucher has an offer yet either though. They might be bringing him in to make sure he's the real deal before offering and also keeping him warm in case things don't work out with Taylor if he's truly the #2.

No way to tell unless we get to number 3 on the list. But based on this interview with Warren, I would say No (we have 6 offers out - Croucher doesn't have one yet - but I'd say we also aren't offering a higher profile Nebraska QB unless we are prepared for him to commit, which we aren't).
