I would say your potato reaction score as a % of your total likes should automatically give you the "Tater" flair above a certain threshold. Your flair would remain then until you pass below that threshold. But you get potato reactions for posting other people's potato takes so, catch-22.

As I mentioned previously....new users should have a tater automatically as their avatar while they are vetted. Everyone starts out as a young spud. Then after so many posts, whoever is deemed the tater farmer can review and harvest.

Agreed. Every new member needs to be tagged “Tater” and if they buy a membership they can be an “Elite Tater” until they have proven otherwise.

I do like the idea of having us set a mantra then evaluating how people live into that mantra. It was a blessing that the site was down so much to limit some people who can’t shut up about nonsense.

I suggest we find a way to put a governor on post frequency for people that can’t live into the mantra. Eventually getting down to a single post a day.

Proposed mantra: No incessant whining about things we don’t have control over. No being dicks to people who bring G2 to the board because it doesn’t turn out as this discourages others from doing the same. This is a safe space away from flaming butt heads.
