This is awesome. Something that stands out right away is how seriously and authentically Rhule and his staff take the camaraderie and "brotherhood" aspects. Just in that video we see things like:
I remember hearing about how defensive players didn't even know the names of offensive players in recent years, and vice versa, I just can't imagine a disconnected atmosphere like that anymore under Rhule.
- Moving the team into the dorms for two weeks
- Having each meeting start with a bunch of high fives and hugs all around
- Having different members of the team get in front of the group during the meeting and introduce themselves and do a bit (the player in the video rapped and the team loved it)
- Ambushing the team with water balloons at the end of a practice
