So people have an actual chance to play and the place isn’t jam packed every day
Everybody has a chance to play. Tee times are spaced out nicely. I’ve never had to wait on another group out there.
Supply and demand.

How much is it?
$150. Owner doesn’t need money. Literally calls it “The Farmer’s Golf Club”. Wants it to be accessible to everybody - which it is.

Same single day sellout model as the architect’s first property Sweeten’s Cove which is owned by Roddick, Peyton Manning, and others.

It’s not packed. You shouldn’t see the group in front or behind you. The tee times are 20 minutes apart. I’ve played 36 holes there each of the last 3 years and it’s really fun.
This is exactly right. I've played this course multiple times and stayed at the cabins—it's always a fantastic experience. They do an excellent job spacing out tee times, making it feel like you have the entire course to yourself.

The only areas for improvement would be the food options and cabin setup. When I visited, the food truck was disappointing and could use some upgrades. Additionally, the cabins would benefit from a TV in the common area, as having TVs only in the bedrooms doesn't make sense when you want to watch a game together with your group.

The stay and play seems less than ideal for what you pay for that. If it’s just golf, the food truck is great (at least in my experiences) and the course is worth it.

Also, those tee times are going to sell out no matter how much you charge. King-Collins have a rep and it will be a bit before they don’t sell out on opening day. Just look at Sweetens.

Wasting 10 minutes at the office booking two tee times isn’t exactly difficult
Not everyone is available right at that moment. I mean I’m glad it worked out for you but certainly we can agree that’s not the ideal way to have to reserve a tee time.

I don't know what I've got going on next week let alone 6 months from now. My luck I'd book a tee time and my wife would plan vacation for that week.

So this is something, but people play these indoor golf tournaments for cash on trackman. I typically look at the guys on the top of the leaderboard and the bottom of the leaderboard. This guy is the best psycho outburst guy I've seen 🤣 🤣 🤣

Hole #16 he's finally had enough. Hit's his first tee shot OB, then stroke #3 wasn't up to his high standard either, apparently. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Thank you for this.

Didn’t know I needed this today; but it absolutely made the day better.

Apparently he needed a new driver anyway, I'm sure that will fix his issues. 🤣

I have a membership at a simulator place and play on the trackman a few times a week before work. Right now on the global tournament the low score (for a 9-hole round) is -27 because there are losers out there who make a new account, play a few garbage rounds to make their handicap in the 50s, then play in the tournament. Btw these aren’t even for cash. Unbelievably pathetic
