What’s everyone cooking today?
I smoked a pork shoulder over night on my GMG at 175 for about 8 hours. Just wrapped it and got some ribs started. Finishing it off with some cast iron skillet baked beans on the smoker. GBR fellas. Big win today I can feel it.

Everyone ok?

My two sons are pretty much recovered after being Covid positive. My wife also tested positive, but her recovery is taking a bit longer. I tested negative Saturday, but came down with symptoms on Sunday, and will be testing tomorrow. So far it's been mainly ticklish throat, cough, (headache for my one son), body aches, fatigue and low-grade fevers. Thus far very fortunate, but almost grateful that if everyone recovers, we all had it at the same time. Thanks for asking.
