What’s everyone cooking today?
I smoked a pork shoulder over night on my GMG at 175 for about 8 hours. Just wrapped it and got some ribs started. Finishing it off with some cast iron skillet baked beans on the smoker. GBR fellas. Big win today I can feel it.
