If it's clear OSU wanted him and the Raiola's were interested in a bidding war you basically say what you said. Which is the same thing as saying we're not going to be able to compete with OSU if NIL is the #1 criteria. So we're bowing out of this competition.

Yes, that’s the right move. Let him know they’ll try to get as much as possible. Either way, drunk or unable to get $3M, I think given the relationships involved, it wouldn’t be good to cancel.

I worked with a gentleman today who’s closely tied with Boosters & NIL.

How the Frost and Raiola deal really went down on said recruiting mishap where frost “missed the meeting and got drunk”.

The truth: They told frost they wanted $3mil for NIL and the Raiola’s were told that’s not gonna happen and that was the end of it.
