Breaking Frost and Greg Austin

season 1 burn GIF by Ash vs Evil Dead

Well looks like some carry over from last season.

Austin is still pissed he didn’t get invites to G25. OR that he doesn’t get to call who his starters are on Offense and that his run game plan wasn’t executed.

It was another discombobulated offensive game plan IMO. O Line did not block well or get any push. RB by committee never got anything going. AM was straight trash, fumbling as usual and missing far too many open throws, some to guys who would have scored or had big gains. AM is just not a good QB, that isn't changing at this juncture.

Wonder if it's a thing of, "yeah Greg, we'll do that plan" and then in game they run something totally diff or does Frost and Lubick not listen to him in game for adjustments to the O-Line. Really curious to dig into this a little more and see what you guys think. Will Austin leave if this continues? Is Austin THAT good of a coach? So many questions about this staff...

Illinois was happy with continuing to run the ball at us. Frost should of stuck with it and bc he didn't we lost

Run the damn ball just isn't in Frost's game plan, the Oline just isn't as good as they should be at this point. 21 rush attempts (factor out AMs) for 64 yards...not very good. Gabe Ervin didn't look very impressive either when running between the tackles. Couple that with the OLine being pushed around like they've never lifted a weight or been shown how to properly block, the result is what we saw...Turrible

If we have a QB who can hit open receivers we win by 20. Passing game was well orchestrated with guys running wide open. But what does it matter when you cant hit them

O-Line looked like dog shit in the run game so not sure what Austin was bucking up about
When you have a QB who can't pass, you move your linebackers up.

I'd like to know who broke them up or how it ended...something has to happen with this staff though. I'm sure Turd will have Scott in the office trying to explain just what the fuck happened
That's why it's hard to believe the throat part, there's not many details at all.

For those of you that know more about collegiate level offensive lineman, what is the issue with ours?

Everyone says their size is there so what is it? Just not old enough to be men, apparently they’re gaining muscle and shedding bad weight, so are they just pussies for their size?

Is it truly technique and not muscle/size?
