Hard to tell how much is lack of talent/strength. They aren't midgets. They don't get a push or play with aggression. I bet Dan Young and Milt could mold these guys into a very solid bunch tho. Food for thought, it might be partly or largely coaching and scheme/technique.

One key attribute of great OL always includes a big dose of attitude. Guys who know they are going to inflict damage and enjoy delivering the blow. Because of that, they make the most of their size, strength and technique. I honestly believe we don't have enough assholes on the line.
