I’m sympathetic to his family. It’s got to be hard to come to terms with the idea that the injuries are going to be too much for him to overcome and that a guy who had a ton of promise is not going to have a shot at doing this much longer.

I’m just more sympathetic to our football team, which appears to be substantially better when he doesn’t play.

Texass sabotaged the whole conference by leading the charge to stop teams from being able to take partial and non-qualifiers. The Big 8 was actually pretty stacked in its last few years. TO retiring too early didn’t help either.

I read that yesterday in the presser notes and was like WTF is going on over there. Doesn't sound like Dana is reinventing the wheel there so far, just doing basic things that haven't been reinforced for whatever reason.
