Sounds like the person did a good deed by picking it up instead of leaving it in your yard.

Even worse....They could have put it in a paper bag, put it on his porch, lit it on fire, and rang the doorbell.

My neighbor across the street from us was too cheap to hire a trash service. As I was working from home, I noticed he would wait until my trash day and pick up all of his dogs shit from his yard (the dog only went in the front and side yard) and would proceed to throw it in my trash can. I thought it was a one off and the dude did it for like 3 months in a row. Turns out my wife told him it was ok for him to put trash occasionally in the bin. But the dude did it consistently. He now has his own trash service.

Dog owners are sick people. If your neighbors have dogs, move.

Noticed a dog poop bag in my trash can after the trash had been picked up the other day. So now that will be sitting in my can all week. Would you be upset? Is this very neighborly?
