Put it on the hot spots 50/50 with hydrocortisone cream and possibly oral Benadryl. A cold bath beforehand might help as well.

cant agree enough . When my hemmroids are givin me fits cold plunges to lower my butt hole inflammation helps tremendously thanks Doc
