Dog poop in my garbage can

Noticed a dog poop bag in my trash can after the trash had been picked up the other day. So now that will be sitting in my can all week. Would you be upset? Is this very neighborly?

Sounds like the person did a good deed by picking it up instead of leaving it in your yard.

I once had a garbage man pick up my trash, take out all of the bags of dog poop, and then throw all of the dog poop bags into my yard. So I proceeded to put all the dog poop back on the garbage can. This continued for several weeks until the garbage man finally gave in and hauled away the shit.
