There was an "American" Indigenous living in my dorm as a freshman. He brought the dime bag and convinced my roommates and I to come along for the ride. Never knew a car could move so slow - or so we thought.

This sounds like something he made up. “Come to Nebraska because we give white people a chance to play RB” doesn’t sound like a recruiting pitch that an intelligent human would buy.
