On top of what he did as a security guard there he also was an amazing head coach there. Prior to being hired at Parkrose they were coming off a 24 game losing streak which spanned 3 seasons. His very first season they went 5-5 making the state playoffs. In year two they won their first conference title in 53 years and won their first ever state playoff game.

So you’re saying Frost is going to be looking for the two weak links after this year and then promote him and Busch

I just want to know why they couldn't find someone that was a former OC or HC. I'm sure this guy will have a beneficial role, but if you are only going to hire one offensive analyst, I was hoping for someone that could actually make Frost question his decisions. Not only that, I just like to stir the pot over there.

Only the 10 full time assistants can go on the road to recruit. Analysts are extremely neutered when it comes to recruiting options.

Bill is a quality coach all the way around. He can be a tool from what I’ve heard, but I’ve never heard anyone who knows football question his coaching ability. Frost did a good job here.
