I understand it's intentions but it doesn't work.
Black coaches do get fired way too easily as compared to white coaches. Caldwell and Flores being really good examples. Caldwell won 9 fucking games in Detroit.

Oh that makes a lot more sense. I didn't get why the texts from Bill mattered at all but in this context that is huge.
Also saw that the Dolphins owners was trying to pay Flores to lose games for draft picks and tried to set up a meeting with a QB that violated NFL tampering rules. This is going to get ugly.

The local radio station was talking about the Broncos being mentioned in the lawsuit, they said John Elway and the President of the team at the time showed up hungover and over an hour late to their interview. He didn't take it seriously at all. Probably did the interview just for the Rooney Rule. It was funny because I remember Miami kicking the shit out of the broncos the next year and I believe Flores did an onside kick when they were up big.

Not sure how I feel about there being by a rule that a team has to interview a certain number of minorities. Obviously there will be pointless interviews then if there isn’t a qualified minority candidate available.

Elway showing up drunk doesn't surprise anyone who knows him. I've drank with him, technically I'm Eskimo Brothers with him cuz he was recently banging a friend of mine I use to hook up with. John's a drunk, and a partier. When his son turned 16 I joked with him that he finally had a Designated Driver, and he said "Oh Yeah". You can tell he is in pain when he walks around as his body is just beat up.
Edit, I posted this picture in the Ding Post. He has Dinged my friends on the left and the right. As far as I know he hasn't tagged the one in the middle. I think he was kinda dating the one of the left for a little while.
