I know it’s Deab but his video interview with Nate Frazier seemed really positive, the kid seemed really engaged and genuine when talking about how much he enjoyed Lincoln and the coaching staff. Sipple needs to learn to stfu when the interviewee is talking though.

I don't usually read his posts on Rivals - I intentionally pass over posts with pictures of Frost in the profile most of the time (for obvious reasons) - but I read his posts in that thread and he does have a point (although he over plays it). If Raiola doesn't come here, 6-8 of these guys are probably completely out of the picture. Not all of them, though. This staff recruits very well and will get good players without Raiola. There just won't be as many right now and they won't come as fast. I highly doubt we will have a handful of 5 stars this fall even if Raiola comes.

He neglects to point out there are other benefits to this weekend, which is one of the reasons it has been 'seeded' with booster money - getting publicity, showing excited recruit interviews on YouTube, etc. It's all about creating some excitement around the brand and publicizing the fact that things have changed.

BTW most big schools have friends of the program who fund recruits' way for unofficials.
