I'm sure Rhule's structure of school and football 24/7 definitely help a kid like him stay focused. It also helps that the new coaches and staff are all about building relationships too.

Well the fact is, he’s avoided being a target which is why he’s still here with us today. Praise The Lord!
Also, I’m guessing some of his peers have an “outside target town” upbringing which allows them to teach and coach him with great core values.

Yeah. The easiest gainz come when you first start training. Who knows what if any kind of workouts he had been doing while not part of the team.

It's impossible to increase speed with that much size. You can stay the same speed

Maybe this is why he's heavier.....and just as fast. I mean muscle weighs more than fat I suppose.
