Im 100% out on this program. It’s not rhule, we are the definition of cursed. If rhule can’t fix it, no one will. The fact that I just watched about 2/3 INT’s bounce off our players that turned into catches for USC is laughable. Fuck this program

I am not out on Rhule. I do not like losing, but we are in a bad spot and Satt is more to blame than Rhule.

Rhule was a never a for sure thing. His sample size wasn’t big enough in the first place and he has never been at a program long enough to know if he is the real deal. He is in a premiere conference now and his game management and poor staff hires are showing. I never got why a lot of people on here thought he was a for sure thing.

I don’t care. Temple is in a shit conference where the coaching is much weaker and it’s not like Baylor wasn’t good before that. He also never beat a good team at Baylor. Prime just went into the Big 12 and might win the shit conference this year. The BIG is a whole different animal. His weaknesses are being exposed. He hired a weak staff and his game management has been horrible these two years.

Not out because he moved on from Satt. It shows he’s not as hard headed as prior staffs, imo. Shows promise.

I feel the same way. Next year though it's a different story. I think back to the Frost regime and all of the "if the coach doesn't turn it around by year three he's not going to" stats.
There's still too much nonsense going on out there with game management and inexplicable time outs. There's no excuse for it from someone of his experience.
If I see that Pop Warner League try and draw them off side on 4th down bull shit again (especially immediately after calling a time out) I'm out. The only penalties called on that are on us: false start or delay.

I agree with this - a huge part of the narrative on here against Rhule was he will stick with his buddy hire and die by it just like prior coaches. And then he immediately fired Satterfield.
IDK where this goes over the next 2 games or next year but Rhule has made is very clear he will do what he thinks is necessary to win and I’m willing to let that play out vs. trying to reset again.
