I don’t care. Temple is in a shit conference where the coaching is much weaker and it’s not like Baylor wasn’t good before that. He also never beat a good team at Baylor. Prime just went into the Big 12 and might win the shit conference this year. The BIG is a whole different animal. His weaknesses are being exposed. He hired a weak staff and his game management has been horrible these two years.

I don’t disagree with you but do you know how many scholarships he had to work with year 1 at Baylor? By year 3 they were in a conference title (if memory serves me right). We. Are. Cursed.

It's going to be a long off season only having the first half of the Colorado game and the second half of the Purdue game to watch over and over.

Offense was better today, but not nearly good enough. But the play calling and sequencing was a lot better. The ball was getting out way quicker on passes, and a lot of simple plays we haven't even been calling with Satt were happening.

Defense had good moments, but too many not good moments. When it comes down to needing to stop a team in the 4th qtr, our defense usually wilts.

Special teams was better today, but again not nearly good enough. We made our two FG's. We punted well. Punt and kick returning is still abysmal. We did get a block on a FG also. Better than it has been, yet not good enough.

You can see Holgerson is a big improvement over Satt. We still don't have receivers that get open much or win on on one's. Our TE is slow as a turtle. Our RB's just aren't very good overall. We don't get big chunk plays often anymore (we were in the first 4 games more). DR was better than he has been of late, but not good enough. He needs to utilize his legs more, even if he is not fast. His back is obviously hurting but you just gotta get the yards that are there with your legs more.

The whole program, overall, is just not good. Can't score much, can't get stops in important situations much. Special teams still a net negative. Not sure what the answer is that will change this 10 year and ongoing trend. We are just not good overall in general and need to be better.

No use in being "out" yet on Rhule, but things are not lookng good long term (or short term).

I am not out on Rhule. I do not like losing, but we are in a bad spot and Satt is more to blame than Rhule.

Remind me who it was that hired Satt and didn't replace him in the offseason with Holgorsen like he should have? Staff changes needed for me to be solidly on board:

- New OC (Dana for 2025 and 2026 at least).
- New QB.
- New RB.
- New WR.
- New ST.
- New TE.

HEAVY use and high $$$ spent on current P2 starters from the portal:

- RB.
- 2 to 3 x WR.
- LS.
- Kicker.
- 2 to 3 x OL.
- 1 to 2 x DT.
- Safety/DB.

I’m assuming we will try to add around 8-10 players from the portal, my hope is they will be starter level quality.

Correct me if I’m wrong but the clock wouldn’t have rolled if we didn’t call timeout after that last pass to Lloyd, pretty sure he got ob. Which means we essentially had not one but two timeouts in our pocket at the end of the game since the one we actually used we didn’t need to in order to stop the clock.

That is just completely inexcusable to me. Little kids playing madden understand how to use timeouts better than this guy. Basic clock management is table stakes and if he can’t get something so simple and fundamental to the game right I have zero confidence in everything else he’s doing behind the scenes we’re not privy to.

Here's what irks me about this...he's making how much a year and is supposed to have so much experience. How do you fuck up that many assistant coach hires? Making all those changes feels like starting over again. Did he not take the job seriously when he came in?

On a side note, he needs to figure out wtf is going on with DR. We heard over and over that the program is bigger than 1 person. If DR is playing like ass but holding the team hostage with threats of transferring, then he can go. If he wants the team to win, he will be honest about his situation and try anything he can to fix it.

4 and 5 stars are great to have, but they don't mean shit when they aren't ballers. A 3 star who gives a shit can have way more impact than a prissy 5 star.

Colorado was handed a schedule with 7 of the 8 worst teams in the Big 12.

In fact, the 2 best teams that Colorado played have a combined record of 12-8.

I can understand being pissed off that they're enduring success, but schedule needs to taken into account.

Illinois would be undefeated and ranked in the top 5 with Colorado's schedule right now. Think about that.
