How I Met Your Mother Reaction GIF by Laff

Worked at a Love's Travel Stop for nine months and about 20% of them are great and outstanding people, 50% are stereotypical blue collar workers just doing a job, and about 30% are the scum of the earth. Obviously, I did not see their driving abilities, but from what I saw on a day to day basis.
Some trucker put his number on the toilet partition wall at a loves truck stop in Aurora and a crazy Cuban who worked for us called the number saying suck my dick in broken English thinking it was all fake, but the the guy started asking where are you I’ll suck your dick.

Wind flipped this guy and they have to cut him out of the cab cuz it collapsed.

Hope he doesn’t die, I’ve been sitting here for 20 mins and the Deputy I just talked to said the driver hasn’t responded since before I got here.

Entire volunteer departments from Sheridan County (Hoxie) and Decatur County (Oberlin) on the scene and Thomas County (Colby) sent their big ass wrecker truck to help.

Run the Damn Ball rural Kansas, go fuck yourself Topeka and Kansas City. @Woodrow F Call @Bootleg11 @slattimer

Apparently the wind blew an empty horse trailer over into the cab of a side dump and it caused the interchange of 36 Highway and 83 highway in Oberlin to close.

Been sitting here for 15 mins, what a lovely few weeks we have had in the Outback @Woodrow F Call @Bootleg11

Maybe that's what they get for not horsing around.

Truckers seem to always either be super awesome and respectful drivers or complete and utter dickheads. There's really not much middle ground.

Worst wreck I've ever been involved in was a trucker had a single working brake on his entire rig. Blew a stop sign by going around a car and two other semis that were stopped at said stop sign. T boned an SUV, killing both occupants, flipping his rig and eventually leading to his own death. All because of poor maintenance and attentiveness.

Oof...kind of took a managerial position with this brokerage so I've been sending guys up there. Had one in Atwood yesterday. That looks like a disaster.

Some of the company drivers are under qualified shit stains but most owner operators are pretty good. Some of those company trucks have governors on them that don’t let them go fast enough to pass quickly. Still ridiculous that one guy can’t slow down for 5 seconds to let him around.
Had a conversation with my brother in law recently who is a heavy equipment operator and does some big rig driving on occasion. He outlined that most of the large companies are their own insurer and hire under qualified people, train them, and they are mostly worthless. Said it’s why you Now see so many dipshits and wrecks. Most all those trucks are governed, have someone in the ops station watching/monitoring them constantly, and that they really have no idea how to drive...and spend most of their time on their phones.

he also said most owner operators are strong…but the big box companies are shit.
