Maybe everything hasn't been updated yet. It shows him as a 3-star by all three services, 237, OnThree and Rivals, but somehow a composite 4-star.

I think the stars haven’t been updated just the point ranking. 89 is the bottom of four star for Tater Island.

Why are we trusting Tater Island again? They have Dean, so everything should be an asterisk to their ratings and assumptions.

Dean has zero to do with this. He is just a publisher of a fan site. The Tater Island ratings are done by a national staff. Tater Island actually has their own sites for teams; the fan sites are tacked on to that. The local fan site has no input into the rankings.
