He's thanking the wrong people. His composite is up to 4-stars, but apparently OnThree still has him as a 3-star.

Maybe everything hasn't been updated yet. It shows him as a 3-star by all three services, 237, OnThree and Rivals, but somehow a composite 4-star.

I think the stars haven’t been updated just the point ranking. 89 is the bottom of four star for On3.

Dean has zero to do with this. He is just a publisher of a fan site. The On3 ratings are done by a national staff. On3 actually has their own sites for teams; the fan sites are tacked on to that. The local fan site has no input into the rankings.
