2023 Fall Camp Thread

His grades were a huge deterrent for schools or OU would have had him committed by at least October last year.
He was injured halfway into his junior season which hurt his recruitment.
His family is big into boxing and his father was a pretty good pro boxer. Eric was big into wrestling and boxing but gave it up to focus on football like 3-4 years ago. Then add on he’s from Ardmore ok, it’s easy to get over looked there.

It’s nice to have good fall camp discussion going again. Anyone else take reps at a position in their 2nd practice on campus that we can use to debate duck if it means the program is failing?

Let's just keep working down his list:
- Oh no! The tackle that we took from Georgia that everyone knew was a project is not ready to go yet!
- Oh no! The 36 year old WR transfer from Baylor came in overweight, probably from stressing over his mortgage and kids!

Lizzo’s dancers eating bananas is a good first step, though.

But seriously, this list must be pretty easy to make. How does a guy who hasn’t coached in a college football game yet make a list of best coaches?
Because we have a recruiting cycle under our belt, and they've both coached NFL guys...everything is a projection.

Hilariously, Wisconsin has a guy who's only full time assistant job was at Youngstown State, a puny FCS school. Looks like we really dodged a bullet not going with #2ndChoice since he made such an obviously trash ass hire like that.
