I take it Farmer is a grad transfer, as the portal is not currently open to non-grads, yes?

portal is open year-round for grads but the rule adopted last September provides that Grads need to be in by May 1 to be eligible for fall sports.

Looks like you should stop reading the 247 player evaluations (which are usually wrote when prospects are in highschool) and start making your own observations.

He'd seem to have better options than that as a P5 starter with reasonable production, but if he's doing ruh-tard things to get himself suspended, has a recent DUI, and is coming in with fall camp already started, he may just find himself at Grambling or something.
