I don't understand people's disdain for Leavitt. If Kienholz was our guy, would people be pissed? Leavitt and Kienholz are very similar prospects with nearly the same skill sets.

My only gripe if we go with Leavitt is I'd like a 1-year gun paired with him to let him get ready....

I don't think anybody is upset with taking Leavitt. I think people are worried that he's the only QB we're pursuing and 2024 will be a repeat of 2023.

True, there are some descent QBs who had winning records that are available. It feels like we are settling for 2nd choice again.

Sims's NIL is going from $____ at NU down to ZERO-POINT-ZERO at wherever he's going next. He's probably trying to figure out how much NIL he's "promised" if he stays at NU. He can't think he's going anywhere outside of Pittsburg St to play QB. Frankly I don't think they'd take him if we're being honest.

Here’s the thing about promised nil, nil can’t be performance based but if amigos or whomever decide they don’t want to anymore it’s gone.
