My uncle was at Nebraska when Rich Glover was playing. Said Rich was the toughest MoFo you have ever seen. As a Nose Tackle he was a undersized but was strong plus played with heart. He said Rich looked like he had been run over by a bus after every game. Just beat to heck and covered in bruises and cuts. And Rich never complained. Just sucked it up every week and played through the pain. He was surprisd Rich could even practice most weeks. If I remember correctly the rub against Rich making it in the NFL was being too small for Nose Tackle and unfortunately I don't think they ran 4-3 defenses back then or he could have had a successful NFL career as a Defensive Tackle
