No one can touch Scottie if he’s on his game, and he sure was on his game today.

Would be great if he could put it together for a top 10 finish in a major soon and then ride off into the sunset, but I don’t think he’s physically capable of playing four good rounds in a row.
Realistically it’s a miracle the guy can walk at all.

Yeah it sucks but we really need to view him as a “past champion” playing Augusta (or any other major), the same way Bernhard plays the masters or John Daly plays the PGA and the Open. It’s a cool story and be happy if he makes the cut. He won’t compete at a major ever again.

I’ve all three multiple times and would strongly disagree with that. Paynes is the worst course of the 3. Typical resort course that you can hit it all over. Ozark National, buffalo ridge and then Payne’s valley.

Met him at the pinnacle in 2018 I believe? Missed the cut that weekend even so was the nicest guy and was great to talk to for the 20 minutes or so . Been a big fan ever since.
