Kristin Coggin was hired last year:

Kristin Coggin is in her first season as Nebraska’s director of football nutrition in 2023. A registered dietitian, Coggin directs all efforts related to performance nutrition within the football program.

Coggin joined the Cornhuskers after spending six seasons as the director of football nutrition/director of performance nutrition at South Carolina. With the Gamecocks, she was responsible for managing all aspects of performance nutrition for the football team. That included coordinating all team meals throughout the year, counseling athletes and analyzing individual athlete body compositions and hydration needs. Coggin served as a resource for the coaching and training staffs, providing updates on nutrition concerns, priorities and accomplishments for each individual player.

Prior to South Carolina, Coggin spent two years as a registered dietitian/performance nutrition coordinator at Alabama.
