From what we have seen on the field, he is definitely not a D1 QB. However, what if the QB coaching here is so terrible that he goes somewhere else and is actually coached to be a QB? It is probably unlikely, but I really believe Mario is a horrible coach and doesn't belong anywhere near P5 football.
