I think you have to factor in that offensive players are dealing with a 3rd different play caller in 3 years. 3rd different QB coach in 3 years. 4th different WR coach in 4 years. 3rd different RB coach in 3 years.

That’s tough. Luckily everybody else in the west is also in some sort of transition .

Purdue - All new staff
NW- New DC
Cockeye - I’m assuming there’s a change on offense
Wisconsin - all new staff
Minnesota - Fleck may get more plastic surgery so players may think they have a new coach

I tend to think we will be 6-6 or 7-5 range because I am an optimist, but also because I believe Rhule knows how to use his talent and play to the strength of the team. He isn’t in love with his passing game and he isn’t likely to out-coach himself. This is something we have watched for the last 10 years. That alone will make us better.

I like our top 3 on the DL in Nash, Wynn, and Robinson. I think towards the end of the year they were playing well. It gets dicey when you look at what’s behind them and account for an injury to a top 3 guy.

I’d take a portal DL right now before I took an OL.

They did pick up Jeudy from A&M, On3 has him at 6'3" 300lbs so he will be in the mix at DL too.

Regardless of who you have starting, I feel you need 6 guys. Right now we’ve got Nash, Wynn, Robinson, Feist(?), Jeudy, and? Buckley? That 6th spot is awfully sketchy. If Feist doesn’t come back it gets thin quick especially if you get an injury at this spot.
