No, it doesn't happen to us because I don't park in the street so they can get to mine, and it's pretty easy to position them correctly, but we do have some degenerate neighbors that consistently struggle with it. She also struggles with mowing and trimming her landscaping. The city is at her place all the time. it's a shame because her place really brings down the neighborhood. I've mowed and trimmed for her a few times when it's gotten out of hand. I work from home, so I get to see it as the garbage men roll right by.
