Quite certain 1890 saw how much Pipeline Jerky was donating to them and thought "what if we just took this in-house, we could certainly make more."

Local people were trying to help with NIL and doing a damn fine job at it, and our one collective decided to alienate them. Why couldn't they just team up with them and have chips, soda, etc. and could have bundled with Pipeline Jerky? Instead they just go direct competition and piss people off unnecessarily.

The biggest Jaysker of them all is doing a blind taste test of Pipeline vs 1890 jerky if anyone is interested.

He's a Master Grifter. Figured out how to parlay that kicked ball touchdown into a career and relevance. Announcing basketball games kept his name out there. Then he helped us get his buddy Frost back here so he was given a Position/Title and basically glad handed rich people for money. Pimped out Frost to his new buddy Lil Peed who now felt important and liked having a famous Party Buddy thus nagged daddy to support his new friend Scott Frost. No doubt the Peeds are generous Husker Boosters but it comes at a big cost, and Matty D is one of those costs.
