The Michigan spy

So I'm guessing Michigan's argument is that these are their signals. Could someone be so dumb to actually have a print out of them on the sidelines?

Maybe Harbaugh is helping out a VETERAN with SHORT TERM MEMORY issues with a JOB. Ever think of that wise guy?

(This isn't a real argument a Michigan fan has made yet, but it's coming)

I thought that I saw a post on tMB where the GA was buying tickets for veterans to attend games. so, there's a similar excuse already floating around out there.

I love all of this sleuthing. Warms my heart with each new video/photo.
It seems like the only interesting question left is whether Harbaugh knew because it seems like the evidence that is public to date links this effort pretty tightly to the coaching staff, unless we're going to believe the unbelievable assertion that the guy decoded all this from watching film and just happened to send his vet buddies to games of key opponents on his own dime

I'm assuming sign stealing isn't something that can be done by merely watching game tape?

Could Michigan argue an effective defense that the evidence is circumstantial.

I think Michigan suspends him, likely by end of this week to try and save face for the overall program. He won't coach another game there and will be coaching in the NFL in 2024.

I can't see them putting him out there again. They'll make him the face of these transgressions so they can salvage what they have of this season and their program going forward.

Would like to see that happen. But with an undefeated season on the line, I think they go into stall mode.

If Harbaugh was smart, he would fire his assistants who were using the "scout". However, Michigan is desperate to win a championship and will bend the rules to do so.

Why would they go through all the time and expense of sending people to these games if they could just as easily accomplish it through an easier (and legal) way?

I'm just trying to think of the ways they could spin this
