As the article mentions it's never been punished before and it's very likely that the scout/spy wasn't buying the tickets himself (or at least wasn't footing the full cost of them). I suppose there's a world where he and some booster cooked up a scheme to give his film analysis some more "oomph" to get on the coaching staffs radar and then there's a world where he was doing so at the staff's direction and/or they knew about it and was passing back the signals to them.In all seriousness how fucked are they?
