Succession Season 4

Anybody watch That 90s show? It's not That 70s show and probably tries too hard but it's ok.
Oh Jim…..sweet sweet JIM!

I WANTED to like it, but DAMN was it bad…..and I’m a 90’s kid.

The number one mistake was making the kids so young….the 70’s Show timeline never made sense anyway, so how about you make the main cast the same age as the original cast? It’s weird watching 13 year-olds smoking pot haha.

Then, the original was pretty edgy….this feels like Disney Channel, but can only be shown after 9pm or something?

Red and Kitty are still fire, and the cameos from old cast were fun…..but overall this show was terrible.

Yeah I wasn't giving it a glowing review for sure. I don't think it was terrible though. Being younger probably makes sense if you want it to run for a few seasons. Agree with the Disney vibe despite the pot smoking.

I just think they should’ve started with Eric and Donna’s kid being 16 like the original show……and then kept them 16-19 over 6-7 seasons like they did with the original? Haha.

But maybe with her only being there in the summers, that changed things?

I just think it was very PG…..and that sucks because I SHOULD like this one more than the 70’s Show that took place ~10 years before I was born.

Doesn’t feel THAT 90’s, and with fellow 90’s kids having kids now…..it’s weird to have a 14 year old smoking pot in the basement?

I know them being 16-17 doesn’t SOLVE the problem, but at least I’m like…..that was me.

They only 13-14 year olds I knew smoking pot were kids with complete losers for parents haha.

Just a strange choice for a show?

Yeah I agree on the age thing. Could have definitely done 4-5 seasons of them being 16-18.

super bummed that this is the last season

This is the only show that hasn’t let me down

HBO has it figured out.

Last of Us ends, Succession immediately starts, followed by Barry in a couple weeks. Elite programming.
Yes, HBO rarely misses. Even if it is a genre I'm not really into, I'll watch because I know it will be well done.

HBO for drama series, Netflix for True Crime documentaries.

The only part of that episode I was disappointed in was that the Greg/Logan conversation about his escapade with that gal wasn't shown. As Greg described it, Logan called him disgusting and despicable but "kind of smiled."
