Was definitely a poetic ending. Roman coming to terms and accepting that he wants to be a playboy with a ton of money (him drinking Jerry’s drink at the bar was a nice touch). Ken throwing a tantrum and losing again how it started, by a vote. Shiv being back underneath someone powerful and in their shadow (Tom, Logan).

Ending with Ken staring at the water, dressed down to almost match Logan, but completely lost.

Feel like Shiv was the biggest loser of the whole series.

All the old execs get their golden parachute and Greek Islands.
Roman gets off scot free for sexual harassment and gets his freedom.
Kendall is a shell but he'll probably recover. The job would have absolutely killed him but now he gets to use buzzwords and angel invest.
Tom was the only grinder the show featured and now he gets rewarded with a confident board.
Shiv's in prison now. She's going to be a showpiece forever and she's lost all her professional credibility. She'll be the token Roy in the company.

Tom was a cuck from the jump so I don't think it changed anything for his character. If anything his circumstances improved because for once in his life she's his underling
