Exactly...and looking at construction spending, especially in manufacturing, it's just sort of a schizo economy right now...That building materials makes me feel better about the market.

Just left our meeting to protest our property value increase with the Board of Equalization yesterday, and I'm not counting on any relief from the guy we were assigned. He personified lazy and uninterested in looking at any of the documentation I provided, and refused to provide any "go forward" guidance on his recommendation to the Douglas County Board.Our home’s current value is over 50% higher than in 2019 when we were thinking about moving… not really thinking about it anymore. The State of NE needs their own Prop 42 to freeze property taxes, particularly for us older, retired folks. Clearly, they don't want us here anymore based on their tax policies. Used snowblower for sale!
