You must be a retired Douglas County Assessor! Just left our meeting to protest our property value increase with the Board of Equalization yesterday, and I'm not counting on any relief from the guy we were assigned. He personified lazy and uninterested in looking at any of the documentation I provided, and refused to provide any "go forward" guidance on his recommendation to the Douglas County Board.

The State of NE needs their own Prop 42 to freeze property taxes, particularly for us older, retired folks. Clearly, they don't want us here anymore based on their tax policies. Used snowblower for sale!

Haha, no- I live north west of St. Louis.We occasionally look around. Either to move, or get more rentals, but nothing is appealing right now with these rates after being spoiled for so long.
