He’s like 65 years old. I would not be a fan of that hire at all. I’d rather make Koch be the coach.mostly cause he worked for rhul

its likely the eagles assistant if its anyone in the NFL
The eagles asst ST coach.???????????????????????????????????
That’s my guess too or Blackburn from the Rams.I have an uneducated opinion that it could be Koch
It does. I didn’t know he coached under Rhule at Temple.Tyler Brown (Eagles) makes a lot of sense and fits Rhules MO.
The only thing that doesn't fit - assuming this would be a done deal - is that it is not announced. This guy is #3 in the ST leadership chain. Normally a team wouldn't care if someone at that level was announced before their departure. It's more common that full-blown assistant coaches are kept quiet until the season is over.Tyler Brown (Eagles) makes a lot of sense and fits Rhules MO.
Don't they usually announce only after the background checks, recruiting test passed, and officially contract-signed?The only thing that doesn't fit - assuming this would be a done deal - is that it is not announced. I agree with you. Could it be Chase Blackburn from the Rams if you wouldn't announce it yet?The only thing that doesn't fit - assuming this would be a done deal - is that it is not announced. I am caveating my observation - my observation only applies if this is a done deal (and his current employer doesn't want it announced until their season is completed. As you suggest, it is very possible - perhaps likely - there is no done deal yet. "No done deal" could mean anything from there not being a candidate we have decided upon yet to there is a guy want to hire and would accept except we need to get the current employer agree to an early termination of a contract with time to run.Don't they usually announce only after the background checks, recruiting test passed, and officially contract-signed?
That's why I am implying, yes.I agree with you. Could it be Chase Blackburn from the Rams if you wouldn't announce it yet?

agreed - he and his Dad both appear to be primarily kicking coachesIf it is Brown, any thoughts?
What little I could find on line speaks to his ‘specialty’ being working with kickers.

Not saying it isn't him but yeah he is the special teams assistant not the assistant coach just the assistant. The only thing that doesn't fit - assuming this would be a done deal - is that it is not announced. Which would be an interesting dynamic if his son turns out to be a bust. He’s like 65 years old. I would not be a fan of that hire at all. I’d rather make Koch be the coach.
So you think 7-6 Nebraska is hiring a sitting NFL special teams coordinator from a playoff team? That's why I am implying, yes.
I am not predicting Blackburn. I said not announcing the Coach if the deal was done was more consistent with it being someone like Blackburn. So you think 7-6 Nebraska is hiring a sitting NFL special teams coodintaor from a playoff team?
Crazier things have happened but I would not expect this...
Not even sure he's the most likely Rams assistant to get hired by Nebraska.
